Returns & Exchanges

At I-SEA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new shades. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all eyewear in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Shades

  Place your sunglasses in their original protective case and packaging to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely and scratch-free.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
